1. Digital Product Delivery

All purchases are for digital downloads only.
Once your payment is confirmed:

You will receive your purchased image(s) via email within 48 hours.
For purchases involving publishing/commercial rights, delivery will occur within 72 hours.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights

Purchasing an image grants you personal use rights only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
If you purchase publishing or commercial rights, you will receive:
- A post-processed version of the image.
- A Letter of Authentication confirming your right to use the image for publication and commercial purposes.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link or digital files have been sent.

Please ensure your purchase selection is correct before completing your transaction.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality digital content. However, we are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering
Misuse or unauthorized sharing of the digital files
Technical issues on the customer’s device
